If you're a parent previewing our Center, a student investigating facility design or a professional looking for ways to enhance children's environments, this photo gallery is for you! We've tried to convey the "feel" and atmosphere of our environments used by children, staff, parents, lab practicum students and observers. 

Our environments are designed to "speak" to a variety of needs. Ensuring users' health, safety and relaxed comfort is a priority. In addition, a variety of living/learning areas promote emotional security and intellectual engagement. Our facilities set the stage for meaningful group experiences and offer everyone chances to pursue curiosity and their personal sense of wonder. Our spaces encourage children and adults to appreciate, respect, protect and contribute to the beauty that surrounds them in our natural and human-made environment.

Our mixed age classroom serves children spanning the ages of 3 to 6 years during the fall and spring semester (ages 3 to 10 years in summer sessions) with a maximum of 25 children. Staffing ratio is 1 teacher to every 5 children.
